W3SI would like to welcome our members to Madison, WI on August 28th. We will all meet at Greg Ellingson's house for a cookout and use of the recreation/party room. Click HERE for directions and address. Afterwards, we'll find our way over to Jefferson Speedway which is about 20 mins East of Wisconsin.

Every Saturday night, from April through September, the serene Southern Wisconsin countryside thunders with the racing action at Jefferson Speedway. Nestled in the rolling farm land of Jefferson County, Wisconsin's Action Track boasts a long history of close, and fast paced racing action. Jefferson Speedway is a 1/4 mile paved oval track that has seen substantial upgrades and improvements over the last several years. The corners are banked at a 6 degree or 12 degree clip at each end. Every Saturday night a full field of Late Model, Sportsman, International (4 cylinder) and Hobby Stocks, compete for bragging rights, season points and weekly prize money. W3SI will be there to witness the racing action first hand. Admission price is $9 for adults and $3 for children.

The schedule for the Madison event is as follows (subject to change):

2:00pm to 5:30pm - Cookout/Hangout
5:30pm to 6:00pm - On route to the races
6:00pm to whenever - Jefferson Speedway
