11/13/03 - W3SI to participate at Speed Seekers event at Elkhart Lake, WI in April of 2004

The Dodge Stealth and Mitsubishi 3000GT are in a racing class defined as "GTO." This FIA classification (International Automobile Federation, the folks that sanction world class racing series such as F1) stands for "Gran Turismo Omologato." In English, this is translated to “Grand Touring class, Homologated for Racing." This means your car was designed to stand up to the rigors of competitive driving right from the showroom floor. Ever have the urge to try this out? Well, wake up and get ready to really drive – W3SI is proud to offer you the chance of a lifetime…

W3SI asks that you keep the pictures sized at 1024x768 resolution, or below. Please send a maximum of (3) pictures to webmaster@w3si.org. We will add the pictures to your membership information within a few days of receiving them.

09/25/03 - W3SI Rural Cruise on October 11th
For those of you who aren't quite satiated from the W3SI event in September, and are itchin' for any reason to get back together with other 3/S owners, we have decided to put together a small Fall-season cruise around the Kettle Moraine Forest area in Waukesha and Jefferson county. The rural cruise will be held on October 11th, while the leaves are changing colors, before the snow starts to fall, and and some of our cars enter hibernation for the winter. For more details about this event, please see the Upcoming Events page.

09/05/03 - New W3SI Business Card Design - Available for Download!

The new W3SI business card design has been unveiled! It's a nice improvement over the previous design that now includes the red/black W3SI logo. This version of the card will be sent along with all future membership packets to new members. In addition, members can ask for a new supply of business cards by emailing webmaster@w3si.org. If you have a quality color printer (laserjet or professional inkjet), you can even print them out on your own. We have found that using Avery 8879 business cards (glossy clean edge) provide the best look. Remember - pass out W3SI business cards to other 3000GTs and Stealths you see around your town! The more you distribute, the more our membership grows.

Right-click on the picture to the right and choose "Save As" to save a copy on your own computer for printing...

Welcome to the official opening of the W3SI website! There are still a few things that will be updated, and improved, over the coming months, but we wanted to get the site rolling and made available to all Wisconsin 3000GT/Stealth owners and enthusiasts now, rather than later. Please feel free to browse all areas of the website, and if you own a Stealth or 3000GT, please add your information to the Members database. All new members will receive a membership packet in the mail after signing up. The membership packet will include an introductory letter, business cards, and a W3SI logo sticker for your car. Also, be sure to check this News section regularly for all updates to the website and other important information related to the Wisconsin chapter of 3000GT/Stealth International.

Special thanks go out to Bryan and Brett of Xeplin Development (http://www.xeplindevelopment.com) in Green Bay and Nancy at Web Wish Productions (http://www.webwish.com) in California for the website design and graphics. We appreciate all your help.

We have arrived!
