i do believe is still have my rear wiper motor laying around somewhere.

$285 for a front bumper in good shape is very reasonable. A remanufactured front bumper will run you about $400. Plus if it's already red, you're saving a couple hundred dollars for paint work.
You could try to get them to throw in the other odds and ends parts you need for free.
