I have a buddy who has upgraded to StopTech.
His calipers are for sale.
What would it take to fit them on my car? They look in very good shape, I would get them powder coated.
The rotors in the rear are the same right? So I'd only have to buy front rotors then?
Front doesn't bother me as I have one good track session, maybe two light ones, left on my front rotors now, so I'll need to get new ones anyway.
Please advise ASAP.
Thanks,
SJ

Everything I've seen (*I haven't searched to confirm*) but you need stuff like the hub, rotor & knuckles? This might just be for N/A to TT brakes though... I'd check around on 3si.

Buy new rotors, buy new pads, buy those calipers, and buy some brake fluid. Everything will bolt on.
EXCEPT! You need larger wheels. The fronts won't clear the stock rims.
EDIT! NEVERMIND! I forgot you had 2G 18" chromies. You're good to go.

The dust shield on the back rotors. The dust shield is attached to the hub. A portion of the top wraps around the top of the rotor. Since the rotors are bigger, I just had to trim the lip off. If you take a look at your rotors, you should be able to see a piece of sheet metal that sits about a 1/2 inch off of the top half of the rotor.

Not really sure - I figured they'd still keep some of the brake dust off of the axle, so I left them on.
