Alright how does everyone make money for the car and all the mods for the car.....
cause i really have no clue how everyone does it...

Try having two young kids and wife who just loves to spend money. Not many mods get done here. I have to pick a mod or two a year and thats it. This spring I wanted to get my front valve cover and upper plenum powdercoated. But when I checked the price of powdercoating, brushed letters and a clearcoat the price was not much cheaper than having them polished. So to keep the costs low I bought a $12 palm sander from Walmart and bought a $35 polishing kit from Eastwood company. I sanded and sanded and sanded.. Then polished away. It turned out pretty nice but I still plan next spring to pull them off again and get them to a mirror like polish. Plus I like the fact that I did it myself. I still would like 18" rims next year so I need to stash some money away this winter.

A good way to get money is to have the government give it to you. When you're in college, good old Uncle Sam is far too willing to give you a whole bunch of cash. And you don't even have to start paying it back for like 4 years!! You feel really great until you have to start paying them back and realize you owe George W $50,000... Im in the same boat as having a girlfriend that loves spending money...my money that is....so question on the uncle sam for college, dont they make sure for the loan you take out for schooling is going right too the college and nothing else?

Technically the loans are for tuition as well as housing, food, etc. so you can take out more than you actually need. They send the tuition money directly to the school but they cut a check to you for the rest of it.
