Well, VR-4Maniac brought me 15 gallons of 103 unleaded today (VP Streetblaze). We dumped 10 gallons in along with the 2 or 3 gallons I still had in the tank.
On 93 pump, I used to get knock at 11psi (20+ counts). With VP103, no knock at 11 psi. No knock at 14psi. 16.5psi showed knock counts of 5 around 6500 rpms in 3rd gear. Richened up the arc2 a click and knock disappeared down to 0-1 counts throughout the entire run at 16.5psi.
We didn't turn boost up anymore, although I think it's possible I could run it up to 18-20psi without getting knock. Timing is advanced about 6 or so degrees too overall (9 degrees base timing, plus 2 degrees advance built in to my ecu upgrade).
Car pulls very strong past 4k rpms. Up until then, I have lag that makes me miss my 9b's, lol. Whoever said TD04's don't have lag is full of it because I can definitely tell the difference between these DR650s and 9bs. But, it's a worthwhile tradeoff. The speedo climbs very fast from 70-125mph in 3rd gear. This setup pulls an ungodly amount harder after 4k than my 9bs ever did. I think VR4-Maniac enjoyed the ride too.

Within the next day or so, I think I'll try 18 or 20psi and see what it does.
Now I just have to fix my stupid high idle issue. Will continue working on that one tomorrow. Gonna try the IAC tomorrow, and also a tip about my krankvent that G-Ell gave me.
