Well long time no post here for me.. Been a little busy with work and whatever else that came up..
Heres some stuff left from my Twin turbo stealth I sold.. Let me know if interested and ill get back to you ASAP(which isnt very fast because I have Internet access about once a week)
Borla catback exhaust(pending on JRink) paid $550ish Blitz SBC ID boost controller paid $550ish Greddy Type S bov paid $200ish KN FIPK intake. Paid $160
Asking price is less of course but not sure exactly what yet.. Hit me up and I can figure out a price for you if interested..
All items have less then 6k miles on them. But all have about 2k. So somewhere between 2k and 6k miles..
Thanks a lot for the time. Ryan

I'll give you $110 for the type S. Does it come with the mounting kit too?

Ryan, I'll still take the Borla. I forgot to email Adam... I'll do that right now.

Sounds good Jesse.. Sounds like Greg is coming to GB one of these weekends to possibly pick up the BOV, maybe you could convince him to help ya out. haha Whatever you decide is fine.. I can hang on to it for a while as long as I know its sold.. So sounds like the BOV and the Borla are sold.. So the SBC-ID boost controller is still available and the so is the KN. Thanks Ryan

Damn I wish the Blitz SBC ID wasnt so damn expensive. I almost got the Blitz DSBC-R (Indiglo) & Blitz Timer Bundle for $250 shipped but someone snagged it 5 min before I did.

Ryan, Adam (ttangel) said he'd pick it up for me and store it at his place if you need to get it out of your garage. You can shoot him a PM about it if you wanna get rid of it. I can pick it up from him when time is convenient. Otherwise, the Greg option might work.
Email me your address and I'll get you out a check for what we agreed on for price.
Jesse

Newb question here. Can someone explain to me the difference between the $150 K&N FIPK and a $65 K&N cone filter kit? When I look at a picture of the FIPK's contents, I see what looks like an oblong cone filter, a flange, two brackets, and five bolts. Is the cone filter something you replace as part of normal maintenance and the FIPK filter something you do not replace? Or not as often? Thanks...

One comes with an adaptor to that will bolt the filter to the MAS. The cone is just the filter itself. They come with different filters too. The FIPK is more elipse shaped and the cone is... well conical. Talk to IPO on 3SI about an affordable air filter kit for your car or check out www.dejontool.com. Jesse, I be happy to pick the exhaust up, but I have no way of transporting it.

The way it has always looked to me is that the 150 dollar oblong filter comes with mounting brackets and is engineered for your car. This also means that it comes with a sticker stating that it will meet emissions.
The 65 dollar cone filter comes without bracket and sticker. May also not come with the K&N stickers to put in the windows to let everyone know that you are packing 0~3 horsepower more than stock.

cheap plastic bracket ~ $80 small sticker for windshield ~ $10 Letting every Honda know that without a noticeable hp gain you'll still school their @$$ ~ priceless. Actually the 160 dollar one comes with instructions on how to put an airfilter on, so I'd imagine there was some R&D in that along with the plastic bracket to mount it to your mas. I've heard of people that need to get emissions checked having a hard time if they didn't have the 50 states legal sticker on the car. I've also heard of emissions saying that no open element filter will work. So... um... yeah... I got the 160 dollar one. It slipped right in as per directions. No noticable gain. Does make it easier to get at my BOV though. I didn't use the stickers... EDIT: What's going on with the exhaust Jesse? Greg? Ryan?
