Are any W3SI member attending the Speedseeker event at Road America, Oct 16, 17th?
Any chance you guys could put in on your calendar like this spring?

Hey Jon.
I'll be up there both days. Doesn't look like I'll be driving though. The track car is still going through some growing pains that I need to sort out before I take 'er on the track again. I'll know more this Saturday when Jeff and I try to figure something out that has me scratching my head.
I know Aaron Eckert is going up with his blue stealth again and will probably run a session or two on Sunday (spoke with him earlier this morning). I'm sure most of the gang will be back....
Chris D is running his DSM this time around, that should be cool.
J
PS - we're not having an "official" w3si event this october at R.A. however, we do plan on having one for the April event again this next spring.

I'll be towing Chris Deutsch's DSM out to Road America, so I'll be there too. I think RA should be an offical W3SI event. Last spring was a lot of fun and I'd like to see a lot of 3/S folks there. Its fun to watch.
later, Curt

SJ has been bugging me for over a month to get it up there. We'll also be sending out an email to all our members about Speedseekers. Jon's just a little impatient cuz he wants everyone to see him hunt down Z06's in his 9b car, hehe. And Joe, the beer drinking (lots of it) is done at the resort itself. [/quote]

I want to see Jon hunt down Z06's too. I'll be there will Zack for sure, hoping to get back out on that track again. Let's start a list of folks coming -- and Curt, I'm with ya, I'll talk to J-man about that -- real slowly of course... Best, SJ

Great! Let's do a sign up:
1. Wild Cornman Jon 2. J-man 3. Curt with Chris Deutsch's DSM 4. Joe -- we'll drink when we're at the lights -- Zoodled 5. SJ 6. i3ivix17 (name with held to protect the guilty)
Any others? C'mon, you don't have to drive to have a blast at this track. And we can always use a hand between runs.
Best,
SJ

Mike Willis (AKA my pit crew) 12.) Rich Merritt (not driving in event *yet*) 13.) Brent Gargano (If I can get him a ride to RA....) While I do so much enjoy passing the Z06's and Cobra R's out there my main goal is to stay in front of Damian DeLaHuerta (yellow RX-7 from spring session) and Joe Moore in his Dinan modified SMG M3. Woohoo!
If i can buy a session or two on Sunday, I'll be running the track car. Improved the suspension tonight, although it's not 100% yet, it's noticeably better than before. Front struts are next, but that'll wait till spring. Anyways, I'll see you guys up there on Sunday.
