We've got about 6 sets of turbos in stock that are already converted to 13G, 15G, or 19T's or are ready to convert!

We've done over 25 TD04 turbos from stock rebuilds to 19T's.
Pricing is as follows:
Stock rebuild for anysize TD04 turbo: 450 for a set
Upgrade to 13G: 715
Upgrade to 15G: 815
Upgrade to Standard 19T with TD04 Housing: 1115
Upgrade to WRX 19T Housing (bigger so more airflow) 1500

Core charge of 250 dollars is added to any of these prices (minus the rebuild option as we rebuild your turbos). If you wanted to avoid the core charge just send us your turbos for the upgrade beforehand.

We only use quality parts from a manufacture in England that is ISO 9001 certified. Their products meet strict standards as set by the ISO 9001 certification. Every components we use meets or exceeds OEM specifications. We do not and will never use any product from China or other questionable sources in our turbos!

All turbo components are individually balanced from the manufacture however we also assemble the complete CHRA and have Diesel Components in Burnsville MN balance the entire assembly together to ensure a perfect balance of all components. This helps to ensure long life and reliability.

Components used for a customers upgrade (normally the turbine wheel is reused but this customers was missing part of several blades so it was necessary to purchase a new turbine wheel. The compressor housing is about to be machined to a 15G

I figured I'd toss this out there but offering rebuild kits and parts would significantly increase your sales. I would also highly recommend selling something on eBay to get your business out there because eBay brings in tons of traffic. The competition can be fierce but how you market your items is key. To give you an idea, 70% of my sales are from eBay

Offering balancing would be a good idea, if that's all done in house.

Thank you for the tips. We actually are selling the rebuild kits and parts separately but I never thought of selling on Ebay. That is an excellent idea. I've sold so much stuff personally on ebay but it completely slipped my mind to sell parts and turbos for the business on ebay lol.

We balance all our turbos but that is a good idea, I will have to add a section for offering just the balancing service too.

Thanks for the info on the Credit card processing. We just started to look into that so its definitely helpful. We just got our LLC and S corp status and just had our business bank acct setup so accepting credit cards is the next thing we wanted to work on getting setup .
