Oh Jesus man... You're trusting your car to a bunch of egg heads that don't even know what a BOV is?

I don't know man... Maybe we should have double checked our work. I believe the PTU's are interchangable thruout the years, so we could have tested my PTU in your car. Borrowing a logger from someone would have reviled a bad CAS... Or maybe we should have looked closer for feul. I got a feeling anything that place is going to do to the car, we have already done... or could have done.
I just don't want to see you throw your $$ away or get put into a situation where they will make something worse or create new problems for you. Remember my story about my frist Talon?

Yeah I hear ya, if I don't get fairly quick results there i'll pull the plug quick. I'm interested in what codes the computer will pull.

Well, dealer decided to get a service manual. They finally got it today and hopefully the can get on it now. Car has already been at the dealer one week without even getting looked at. Maybe tomorrow. At least they have it inside the shop and out of the weather and theives.

A couple of years ago I had a no start condition. Drove the car to work in the morning and it ran fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Came out after work and it wouldn't start, it would crank all day but not start. I checked fuel, spark and all the usual stuff to no avail. Got me a parts store manual and started checking wires and connections, even bought a few electronic parts that I thought could be bad, still no start. Well after deciding that I could spend weeks and hundreds of unnessary dollars and still not fix it I called the dealer. There is a Dodge dealer a couple miles from work so I towed it there. It took them a week and a half to trace and solve the problem which was solved by putting in a new ECM, The one behind the radio I think. It cost me $1500.00 for this. Next time I'll think about going to a Mitsubishi dealer, maybe they now more considering it is a Mitsubishi and not really a Dodge. I usually do all my own work but with the complication of all the sensors and switches I couldn't figure this one out. I was at the mercy of the dealer. Anyway, it's four or five years later now and it still runs, had no more start up problems so I guess they did fix it. Oh yeah, when I got the car back it was covered with greasy hand prints and wires had been pulled out from under the counsel and not pushed back, I probably wont be going back there... Good news! I talked to the dealer today. They got it narrowed down to the aftermarket alarm or the turbo timer. I think it's the alarm. That F'n thing never worked worth a damn. The timer has always worked just how it is supposed to and still seems to be functioning in the proper manner. Tomorrow they are going to take the F'n alarm out and see if she goes. If not then the timer. I ACTUALLY saw my car run today for the first time since last Sept. I'm gonna put a .45 round right into that alarm speaker once I get it back from the mechanic. The bill is about $300 right now, but it could have been worse. The mechanic hooked up a jumper wire to it and she started and purred. If this goes well tomorrow I'll still have enough money to take it and get the new cv axles put in next week or so. Then I can concentrate on the Stillen downpipe and gutting the rear precat by the Dells gathering. I've been trying to get the damn thig started for 2 months now and it's looking very promising, but that alarm is going to pay a stiff price for it's years of wonderful service and I think I might run it over with the Ram after I blast it.

Hey eveybody, Very good news. I just pulled my Stealth into my driveway. Today was a GOOD day. Got the car back from the dealer and it works. $173, not to bad. Then took it over to CV pro's and had the axles replaced along with the sway bar links. Ordered a new speedo cluster from Kayser $24 be here on the 22nd. Boost gauge works. Water temp gauge works. Car will have 0 miles with the new cluster. Ha! Just have to get the oil pressure gauge screwed in and I'm set to go. I have to go now because I have alot of driving to catch up on.
