Late Night customs does really nice work and I'm sure he can find a color that will work for you.
One thing to remember when you get your powdered coated or polished parts back from any vendor. Wash all your parts good? If possible pressure wash the inside of the valve covers.
In order to get a good powder coat on the covers they need to be stripped and blasted. All you need is a bit of the blast material to hang behind one of the guard/ covers on the inside of the valve cover and your motor is shot. Any pieces of crap will eventually come loose with hot oil and kill your engine.
I have heard of a few people who have got their covers back and assume their spotless clean because the powdercoat looks so nice and shiney. The just bolt them on the bingo...... new motor time.
Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the tips BUNK, I appreciate it. I wondered if they clean or I should, but I'll clean them first. I know about the bead blasting issue and left over deposits. Sent a 4G63 head for surface and valve job with a note duct-taped on it that said "do not bead blast" which of course, they did. I spent a lot of time cleaning all the oil and water passages out. Thanks
