Time for a turbo upgrade. You should be able to get a used set for less then $300.

There's not really any good way to flush the oil cooler. I spent 1/2 day driving to radiator shops a few summers ago, and nobody would do it - claim they don't have any way to adapt their radiator flushing equipment.
New one is the way to go.

Yep, thats what I plan on doing. I just ordered flywheel bolts, turbo feed lines etc, need to get another cooler.

I believe a local person MIGHT still have his original low mileage 9B's laying around. I can check with him tomorrow if you're interested.
