First off, major kudos to Mike over at Precise Align again for helping me try and get the front suspension right. We've been taking 1/16" off at a time and rechecking it. Have it as good as it's going to get now. Guy really knows his stuff. More here: http://www.w3si.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=190BUT, we were looking at the rear of the car, and have questions. Quick review: Ground Control, front camber plates, dropped 2", 3SX adjustable rear control arms Theory being, we can also adjust the rear. Like to have -1.5 of camber for the race track, but will need to adjust toe as well. So here's the question -- we know how to adjust the 3SX control arms, but which for the toe? The tie rod or the eccentric cam? The cam looks like the easiest and the winner, but we're not sure. Could it be both? Anyone know? Do tell. Thanks, SJ

You can't adjust the Toe. Gotta buy Phills (Supercars) adjustable ball joints.

When first put on GC, and it dropped car 2", the toe was reset in rear and I ran with -1.5-degrees camber in the back until I could afford the adjustable control arms. Added those, toe was reset again. Just want to readjust it "back" to that -1.5-degrees for the track. The toe had to be set then, assuming it can be reset now. Explain MS. SJ

You certainly can ajust the toe. I believe the 3SI post above is correct. I know the procedure is in the manual because I looked it up recently. But I don't have the procedure in front of me. I had to teach the last alignment shop I used, how to do an alignment on a 3/S. I wasn't happy about it either. later, Curt

DOH, yes you can adjust the rear toe. You can't adjust the FRONT toe without the ball joints.

If you look at that bolt, on the head there are notches on it for lining up adjustments and it's offset a little. As you spin it, it pushes or pull the lower control arm away/towards the subframe just a little bit.

Find me a job that pays more than $13/hr and I'll pack my stuff.
