Install is a piece of cake for me if you purchase it and get a replacement engine - or redo the existing one. As Aaron pointed out though, give some serious thought to the JDM ones, as people have been burned.
I have a good machine shop for rebuilds.

Oh there is no rebuilding this one i promise you that! Big hole in the side of the block. It would be included more for parts than anything...

I have a block that I am willing to part with very cheap. It was in my 3000GT when the tensioner went, and bent some valves in the head after the timing gears slipped a few teeth. I took the head off to take it in, and they wanted $850 for the head completed. Instead of paying that for the head, I went and purchased another engine for just over $900, and have the block sitting around with no head on it just in case mine goes.
The only thing it would need is all the external parts. The Harmonic Balancer needs to be replaced as mine is ate up. Pistons are all in good shape, and the whole block could use a cleaning. Needs a head of course, and intake and all, but you could probably just take everything off your block, and put on this one. Like I said, block and pistons are fine, but would recommend changing the oil, and giving it a thorough cleaning.

OK, here we go. How much for the block. I am just over in Pell Lake, so getting it would be no problem.
If I can't find an R/T I like, I will build one.
Still have the R/T Clint? I will drive past your place today and see if it is still in your drive. I thought I would be able to find something by now.... guess not.

I will sell you the block for $150.
If that works for you, let me know, and I can help you load it up!

Yeah, I drove by a couple of days ago, so let's see, I can get the body, a block, now I just need a trans..... this may be getting somewhere. I will keep a look out for one. When I can get everything lined up, I will make a move and "get off the pot"! LOL What's your "bottom line" for the shell?

I need to get $600 for it just to loose as little as possible. lol. $750 would actually make me break even, but at this point i'll take $600. And by the way my neighbor has a good trans for the car with axels... Call me when you see this and we'll figure something out. You can have the old motor for random sensors and whatnot if you want too. 414-331-0263

still holding the junk tranny for me? I still plan to take it off your hands someday. Let me know if you need it gone asap.
Otherwise if you are coming to the UMG and could bring it that would be cool.

Hey, yeah, I still have the junk trans. But I won't be at the gathering, unfortunately my car will not be running by then...
Just let me know when you want to come get it.
