From Saturday morning... 12.709 @ 109.99 12.657 @ 109.66 12.682 @ 110.11 (new best mph) 12.617 @ 109.24 (new best et) I had a 16.943@50.75mph too, hehe. Oops. Had a few more runs at 12.7 as well. Was running .80bar - .90 bar with around 15 knock counts running 110 octane. 60' times were all in the 1.8x and 1.9x range. Sucked. Should have been able to hit 12.5x with a better 60', bahhhh. The car ran pretty good all day. I think if I had 550s in the there right now, which would have allowed me to run 17psi instead of 12psi, I think I could have hit 12.4x times around 112mph. OH well, I'm still happy with with the results. Finally broke the 110mph trap. I got lots of runs in during the morning as it was pretty empty at the track. Joe (Zoodled) and MRink (Matt) came out with their VR-4s to hang out too. Anyways. That's it for now, time for the car to go under the surgical knife soon.

I also wanted to get down there and run, but friday night and kicked my tail. I work to much. On the up side I got the wheel bearing replaced on the probe and found a nice storage shed to put the stealth for the winter. Nice runs Jesse, can't wait to see what you can pull out of your hat next year when you have all the go fast goodies that you bought installed.

Nice runs Jesse. I wish I would have gotten there in time to see them.
My results;
First let me make some excuses. I was using the stock boost solenoid, full load in the trunk, and two adults in the car. Also I need more practice and a heftier clutch.
2.341, 15.566 @ 77.25 2.253, 15.361 @ 89.78 2.252, 15.172 @ 91.60
Next year I'll get it together.

Oh and yeah, thanks for the AAA tip. lol I think Joe woulda shown much better times if his clutch wasn't slipping. It's hard to put down decent #'s when your clutch doesnt grab the entire way through first gear. I think it pretty much screws ya the entire way unfortuantely. J

How much of the improvement do you think can be attributed to the ARCII install?

I would guess no improvement - only because I think the ARC2 basically evened out since I was limited to much less boost as compared to the stock MAS setup... I tend to think the 2mph trap increase (on average) came from the cam gears. Just a hunch. 550cc injectors probably would have been a much different story.

I refrenced this link on US3S on a discussion of if you can hit 110 traps with stock turbos. Hope you don't mind Jesse. If you do You can biatch slap me at the next gathering.

There are several other factors which could have helped (weather, track conditions...). ...but hey, now we have proof that the ARC doesn't help much at all on a stockish car.

...but hey, now we have proof that the ARC doesn't help much at all on a stockish car. Weather and track conditions werent a factor... at least I don't see how they could be. 60' times were all the same as the last time I went. Weather was within 5 degrees temperature too. Only difference was the Arc2 and Cam Gears. Seems pretty likely that one of those two things caused the 2mph trap increase (this wasn't a one time increase, this was an average over all the runs both days (I made roughly 8 runs each visit). I agree the arc2 didnt help on a stock car with stock injectors. With bigger injectors, I think it'd be a whole nother story. I could have cranked up the boost past 12.5psi and ran 16-17psi like I did before, plus I'd end up with more timing with bigger injectors. ARC2 with bigger injectors on a stock car I would imagine would *definitely* make a difference. J
