This is awesome... Adam Perkins (who rode along with G-Ell and has attended a few W3SI events) video taped some of the rural cruise footage until he and Greg had to leave halfway through the event. My only complaint about this video is that it needs to be longer, lol! I think we all owe Adam a beer for this since he doesn't have to do this sorta thing for the club but does it anyways. http://www.w3si.org/images/9-25-04-rural-cruise.mpeg(file is 30MB) My favorite parts are the quotes from Greg about the Amish and from Mike about me taking that neon. Oh, and the panning past the County Sherriff was cool too, lol. Actually all of it was awesome.

Greg:
Try saving it to your desktop. It should then play. Let us know.
Best,

I always save videos to my hard drive before playing them. Is there a new codec out there I need?

Probably.... I dunno, you might have to ask Adam what codec he used when he made the video. It worked for Scott and I. SJ had to save it to his desktop first I think though. Anyways, I'd check with Adam... or. just convince him to post here.

Hey guys, this is Adam. For some of you that had problems running the video. It is encoded in mpeg-2 format.. Meaning you probably need atleast Windows ME or XP with media player, or a stand alone player with updated codecs. If you navigate to: http://students.uww.edu/perkinsaa24/You can grab the smaller version of the video, which is encoded in mpeg-1, it should be more compatible.

XP blows! 2k4eva! The smaller one works. Sweet vid Adam. Seems like we're crawling in this vid compared to last years... Cept that part where the camera man nearly flys out of the car at about 1:15 in the movie.

The movie looks great.
"That's me in the movie," Family Dog short movie.
It plays well on Windows 2000 Pro SP4. It has just a few hiccups here and there.
