Well last night I didnt get home till 3:30 in the morning cause my car decided to take a shit... (94 tt) anway, I guess it could have been worse.. Could have happened in Milwaukee.. Anyway Im thinkin the clutch hose line or whateve bursted open or something along the line.. Its pissing out fluid where the slave cylinder area is and wont hold pedal pressure at all.. So I had to tow it home with my buddies explorere last night..
I have a new slave cylinder(4k or less miles ago) so I dont htink its that but im gonna rip it apart today and take a look at it.. Am kinda looking for ideas on what to look for but ill be ripping it apart it a little while I think... What a POS god.. Good news is I fixed my horrible brake squeaking problem for the most part the day before.. GO figure I fix one problem and another arises..
Ryan

I feel your pain. I dont have a clutch leak, but it seems like everytime I replace one part, 2 others go bad. it's been a never ending streak lately. If my cooling problem doesnt get fixed with the radiator, I'm tearing out the friggin motor and stripping it down to the bare block and starting over. All new gaskets and bolts. ARGH! Sorry, just had to vent.

No problem on the venting.. Thats kinda what I was doing..
Im actually hoping it was bad for a while cause after I put my clutch in it wasnt as good at shifting as it was before.. I looked at 3sxperformance and they were talking about it going bad when clutches go bad... Making it harder to shift and not fully releasing the clutch.. And im thinking this was happening to me cause Mine did the same for the most part.. So anyway ordered the part from 3sxperformance and it was $30 but I think they rip you on shipping.. It was like $8.55 for shipping. Ryan

I've had a leaky clutch for months now. I'm pretty sure it's the master cylinder cause i replace the rubber hose and the slave cylinder and it still runs outta fluid every 2 days or so.

Pull the carpet on the driver side and see if it's wet with DOT fluid.

I did my clutch last November and it has never been right since. It just seems to weak. I am thinking the rubber line is bad and I got a SS to go in but It sits in my shop till I have time ..... And with kids thats like un heard of ! But I hear ya Ryan! Fix the devil cars and 2 new problems crop up as fast. I have a total CV boot crackage right now and am concerned as to what else I will find when I fix it!!! HUMMMMMMM lower control arm, strut What's next!!! Tim

I thought it was because some of the fluide leaked out of the bottle of DOT 3 I always keep in the car but that makes alot more sense.
