Has anyone from wisconsin got these on their car? I kind of want to see them in real life. I am thinking of doing these instead of an expensive front mount They are $450 for the pair with another $100 core charge for you stockers.

I hate to send you to 3Si, but there has been posts about this on there. Pics included.
Havent heard anyone nearby with them done.
I likethe idea of them. Especially with the restrictive front nose and big turbos. Front mounts tend to block the radiator and overheat the engine when driving hard for any period of time. Fine for the 1/4 mile, but shitty in reg driving. Jack T ran into this problem. Although he uses much larger turbos than I think you plan to.

I will be putting them on someones car later this week. From what I heard so far its a pretty good upgrade. Sure a front mount would look badass, but thne you have to deal with bumper issues, overheating issues, fitament, and extra weight.

I hate to send you to us3s and get banned for a week or something , but here is a link to a post with pics of stock and DSM intercoolers. The guy claims to have gotten them for 60 dollars, so may be a cheap option. http://www.us3s.com/freeforum/showthread.php?t=2923

I'd try and move the oil cooler infront of the A/C condenser.
Also, I might have a buddy with a couple spare DSM sidemounts in his garage. Both his DSMs have front mounts.
