So my dumbass locked my keys in my car. I was wondering, if I take my title to a mitsu dealership, can they cut me a new key using my vin? Thanks

Grab a yard stick and slide it between the glass and the molding on the door, should be able to hit the lock. Make sure it's wood too so you don't scratch the glass. I managed to lock my cars in the car on my first start up of a new engine... worked perfect and fast

If you can find the same year etc... with somebody else, you might be able to get that to work by using there keys. lol. I've seen a few 3s done that before and it worked, like TT4ME and one of our buddy locked there keys in there car, they were able to swap keys and worked for each others cars. lol.

Mits should be able to cut you a key.
Otherwise take an antenna off of someone elses car and pop your locks open.

I don't know whether that frightens me or pisses me off, or both. Exactly. It is made worse by the fact that the cars were the same color and trim. WTF was mitsu thinking when doing that? Both my 92 ES and 94 TT have drastically different keys when compared to the 92 TT. Why would a black 91 & 92 TT have close to identical keys? The whole situation is quite disturbing... to say the least. And Mike: I will be stealing your car..someday.. for the test drive you requested of me. Don't go all crazy on me when it happens

Haha, I got in. I just bought a metal yard stick, slid it through the window where it meets the weatherstripping, and pushed the lock. It's scary how easy it is, because it took me like, a minute.
