so i took a look at a 92 stealth tt and plan on buying it this weekend it has full exhuast electronic boost controller blitz bov after market radio and i think a turbo timer that wasnt hooked up and the rear turbo was just rebuilt it had the normal lifter tick but no other noise from the motor so thats a plus....
the guy thought it was a timing issue but it started up and idled just fine so i took it for a ride and it has a pretty bad mis i wanna say give it full gas and it was alittle tough it didnt pull like it should can tell you that much he is gonna sell it to me for 2,000-2,500 with 113,000 miles on it. good deal?
any ideas on the mis fire? im think a 120k tune up should be done right away i have a extra ecu for a tt at my place also if that maybe the case

if the engine sounds good and you know what your looking for id say thats a great deal. 120k tune-up though, keep that in mind. otherwise that sounds great. unfortunately the misfire could be numerous things.
