Ok My car still is not running correctly . It may have a BOV issue which I am working on..BUT I had it running today and did some data logging ... The TPS should read what at 700 rpm?? Mine 11.7% rev car 1656 rpm = 12.5 tps rev car 2460 rpm = 13.2 tps rev car 3781 rpm= 23.8% tps Are these #'s right??? My brother says TPS should read like 100% pedal to the floor. It should return to 0 or near ???? Shop manual is hard to
What other things that I have looged may help with this rough idling back fire here and there car ..
ccrunner84 went for a drive on saturday. Can you add anything Nick????
Needs to do list ; #1 pressurize intake system for leaks... #2 Change BOV and get a recurc one , not atmosphere.
So am I jumping the gun here??? Should I care about idle and running after fixing these 2 other things? Tim

Your brother is wrong. Your TPS is functioning normally. It should read 11-12% at idle.

Greg you had asked about ISC at one point ... baseline idle 718....= 18.3% 2900 rpm...tps 22%, ISC 21.4% 4150 rpm....tps 13.2 %, 28.1%
another question on the palm...FTRM, FTRH, FTO2 all read 100% all the time ...why and is this OK?
MAFS @4150 rpm in yard under no load 264 hz , OK??? MAF @3000 '' '' '' '' '' 232 hz
MAF @ 700 RPM =56.6 HZ right????? OR WRONG??
Ideas??? Thank you , Tim

Tims car sounds like its pumping air right out his BOV. Right now its a stock BOV, open atmosphere and it sounds like partial throttle its just letting everything come & go as it pleases. The car runs descent/better with more throttle, probably because the diaphram in that BOV is helping keep it shut.
My recommendation was: Get a pressure tester. Pickup the correct hose from the bov to the ypipe & possibly look into replacing it with a knock off Greddy Clone.

I went several places today to get the hoses for the BOV. Dodge dealer included. But no body has them can you give me a plan "B" ????
Dodge dealer only able to in the end show me one of the hoses and not the other. Dodge isn't stocking the part any longer.
Pressure tester coming.....
I am having a hard time finding the GReddy Cyclone BOV. But have seen 2 others that are from GReddy that might work... GTPro is where I was shopping . Any other places I can shop at???
Suggestions on the hoses????

Something else you can look into is a Metal (1st gen?) DSM BOV, however you will need a flange for it. I believe Rob Beck still sells them. I might have one still around...

Just got off the phone with GTPro and that catalog on line is way outdated. GReddy hasn't made S type Blow offs for 2 yrs..... But I talked with Denis there and he got me hooked up with a proper BOV and it was still a GReddy. So I am dialed in on that! He made a few other suggestions that I will pursue also. I will keep you all up dated on my progress in the up coming week I am getting closer Tim
