If I do the vacuum reduction, and I don't block off the EGR valve right away, will that just create a massive vacuum leak? I have the blockoffs ordered, but I'm doing the vacuum reduction this weekend and I don't think the plates are coming til next week. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can hook it up to the 2 extra TB nipples. Can't remember which goes where off the top of my head (don't even think it matters), but you can see which ones leads to which nipple by looking at the factory vac diagram.

whats the benefit of the vacuum reduction?
I know about egr block off.

There's really no power benefit. It basically just reduces clutter in the engine bay and eliminates a lot of areas where vacuum leaks could occur. I'm just replacing all mine with red silicon hose so it will look cooler too  _________________ www.rockauto.com
