Got nailed today on the way to work on hwy 59 in waukesha. Cop was a real dick even though I pulled over even before he made the U turn to pull me over. Didnt knock it down at all and gave me a ticked for 28 over. My court date is May 5th and I'll most likely be getting my liscense suspsended. Talk about a bad day.......plus it made me late to work.

Plea it down to a broken speedometer.
You should just have to pay the fine then.
If you are going to lose your license get a lawyer. The money you save in future insurance could be worth it.
I've used Attorney Joseph Redding when I was facing a loss of license from a different type of moving violation.

Speaking from expirience, I mean a lot of expirience, you will most likely get defective speedometer which will carry the same fine, but become a non moving violation and only 2 points. Have a lawyer talk to the D.A. and then when you goto court you'll plead guilty to this lesser charge. Too bad I had too many at once to save my ass. That 118 in a 40 while streetracing really killed all my chances of using that one again...
