deep breath.
ok kiddies. listen up good because I'm only going to say this once.
Singles will always cost more to set up then twins on our cars. always. every time. no matter what.
Half the turbo costs do not make up for all the fab, and moving sh*t around, and extra crap you are going to have to throw at a single conversion.
Performance - A good twin set up will do just as well as any single.
If you want to go for easy, big numbers get a twin kit that matches what you want to do.
If you have a bug up your arse to be different and want your car down for a year or more, and have to deal with other issues that pop up that no one knows about because of your odd ball set up, then go single.
It is different. It is not better. It will cause you more headaches.
This is not someone mouthing off, this is someone who has been there and done that.
Do I like my car? yes. very much. it sounds cool. all the hassle worth the cool? nope. not very much.
