I always get a lot of competing opinions. Some say drain the gas tank and put in fuel stabilizer. Some say fill the tank and put in stabilizer to have less room for condensation. What things should I be doing before putting the Vr4 into cold storage?
I store the car in my shed, it is not heated or even remotely insulated so it gets real cold. I start the car about once a month if able so I usually don't pull the battery, although I probably should be and bringing it to the car each time I start it because I notice the cold does sap the juice from it.
So how about some pointers or a check-list of some sort?

A full tank of premuim gas, stabilizer and pull the battery. Check your antifreeze to make sure it can take the cold temps. Also check to make sure your window washer fluid is good for cold weather. I also give it good wash and wax before putting it in storage.
If you start the car every month then remember to leave it run long enough to burn off the condensation in the exhaust system.
If you have cover for it put it on.
Just my 2 cents.
