I recently got to drive one. They're nice cars, but hard to see out of.

When I lived back out in Madison, most of my cars were financed and my bank was actually able to tax, title, and even give me plates for the car rite at the bank itself! I miss being able to do that.
I'm not sure what it's like in Milwaukee because of the inspection bull$hits. Check the WI laws on the Wisconsion site. Just google it for a link.
