Well in a rush to work this afternoon, I quickly threw in about 6 gallons of 93 octane gas. Went about a half mile and while waiting to get on the freeway my engine light comes on. I'm thinking no big deal since it will do that once and a while when comming to a stop because of the BOV. So I get on the freeway and its running fine, but I dont want to boost just incase. I get within a mile of work and decided to get on it once. Hwy 59 comes down to one lane and I punch it to get ahead of someone. I swear my head almost hit the windshield - it bucked really bad and backfired. Since I was cutting it pretty close to my starting time, I decided to leave it as in and deal with it after work. After work, the car would hardly boost at all and the engine light would come on at random times, especialy when comming to a stop. So I'm hope it was just some bad gas, any idea what I should do with the remaining gas that is in there? Also, what codes will it throw - I'll get some batts for my pockelogger tomorrow so I can check what codes it was throwing.

I would say dump some sea foam in the gas tank and hope it was just water in the gas. the sea foam will dry the water and clean your injectors and if your fuel line had ice in it it will fix that too.. I hope thats all it was man. good luck..

Bad gas? Remind me to keep my distance from you. j/k
On a more serious note: Go back and fill up the rest of the tank with some more 93. Honestly though, I think there's something else wrong with your car. I've delt with bad gas before and the symptoms weren't nearly as severe as what you are experiencing.
Better find out what that CE light is for.

you might wanna just change out those plugs man... you got some old ass champion coppers in there... I did mine and my car would run rich as fuck before I did them and not accelerate at all and now it's fine. Just throw in some more champions or something and see what happens.

Found what the real problem is - I think. Hooked up my pocketlogger and it threw a tps code. Check the actualy throttle positon reading and it was all over the place and did respond half the time when pressing on the gas pedal. Luckily I have a whole extra wire harness and complete throttle body so I should be able to fix it and make it to work on Monday.

Any chance the weird signals you are getting on your pocketlogger are from a bad TPS wire going to the ECU? Maybe the wire is breaking or something? I'd try leaving the pocketlogger hooked up and jiggling the TPS wire by the eCU and seeing if it changes the settings due to a loose connection or something...?
I saw your post on 3SI that the throttle body didnt fix it so back to square one. I'd also disconnect your ECS computer too for giggles.

Do you know what wire is the tps wire to the ecu? Also, check out my new post in my old thread on 3si.
