Was there a lot invovled in fitting? Did you get the version with the bolt holes in the stock location for the low force hood shocks?
When I installed my Cianci the only fitting was elongating the hood hinge holes about 3/16" forward to make the gaps perfect all the way around.
Caution: Don't leave your hood open or propped open un-attended. A small breeze can ruin your day and it's easy to do even when it's calm out. These hoods are like sails when there open and it doesn't take much of a breeze to crack them at the mounting points. Mine blew off the prop rod sitting in my garage with the door open, fortunately no damage.
I was torn between the Cianci and the Deft. I'm glad you got the Deft, I wanted to see one on a car in person. Do yo have a strut bar and if so how well does it fit under the hood?

Didn't know there was one without them, so yes. demonscoach wrote: When I installed my Cianci the only fitting was elongating the hood hinge holes about 3/16" forward to make the gaps perfect all the way around. Looks nice. I can't wait to see the car in person, it's identical to my 93VR4. What lowering springs do you have? I'm thinking about installing the Teins S techs. If you used S techs did you need new rear control arms?

Ground Control, with adjustable front camber plates, lowered 2". I did purchase the 3SX adjustable control arms as driving all over Gawd's Earth with 1.5-degrees negative camber can wear out the inside of your tires, and I got tired of breaking them down and cross rotating them to prevent this (read: $$$$$, wear, PITA, et al). Wow a 2" drop. Are those the stock 17" chrome rims? Or did you get the 18" chrome rims that were out in 94? My 17" Chrome rims are flaking at the lip and have a bit of road rash.....that is what they were like when I bought the car. I plan to do rims next year and not sure what to do. I can get the 18" chrome rims on Greed bay for $799 plus shipping. I still like the look of the factory rims. I can get re-chromed 17" rims for the same price as the new 17" rims from a friend who has a body shop. He would sell them to me at his cost from the manufacturer. Not sure what other rims I can get for the same price that look as nice?
