Whats up evryone im new to the fourm and a recently new 3si owner so heres a little about me i am from Tomah,Wi about 45 mins from the dells i purchased my 1991 Stealth R/T NA in june of 06 the day i bought it from a private party i threw a rod not really pretty anyways i had to eat the price of a new motor i got it fixed and drove it till about late oct. i was out giving a friend a ride and blew a hole the size of a football in the tranny and just ordered one to put in it and get it going again anyways my car has 90k on the body and is in awsome condition so far i just got intake catback and 3sx downpipe waiting to be put on when i get the tranny alright well post a little about everyone would love to get to know everyone. check out my car at cardomain and let me know what you think http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2492236 myspace http://www.myspace.com/tomahpimp

The last time I needed to take out my tranny it took me 55 mins. I'll take your junk tranny. You could say I'm a collector... Welcome to the club. Hope to see you around and if you have any questions or need help, give us a shout. Best, Aaron

Yeah i got no use for it man gonna take it out once i get my new one if you want it. Im leaning towards one with 15k rebuilt miles for 800

It is a manual transmission right? Let me know if you need a hand or have any questions with the swap.

Yeah its a 5 speed never really done a stealth but it looks pretty easy ill let you know how it goes it should be here friday and ill probly put it in on sat.

Welcome to the group and glad you have your car up and running. You unfortunately found out the hard way that these cars "eat" your wallet. Even when it is running fine you still want to spend money on upgrades. These cars are money pits so you have to love the car to keep it. If not eventually you will get tired of spending money on it so you sell it.
