Quote: I also found the aluminum oil return flanges, so I'm ready for the oil pan... The pan went out on Sat. so you should see it Tuesday. As far as the nuts, bolts amd washers go, need the dealer for this, or will the two car parts stores, one Ace hardware and one home deport within 15 mins of my house work?

Adam: As I said I was somwwhat unengaged the sat that the vac reduction was done on SJ's car. My uncle was having his 65th B-day party/first man in my family to reach 65 party and 30 people were at my house. I was running back and forth between the family and the vac reduction.
IIRC, we had the in to the solenoid coming off the nipple on the back of the y-pipe, out t'd equal length to either wg. It definately blew off. As far as where his BC is getting its pressure readings from, I couldn't tell you. I know mine is taking its pressure from the nipple just past the TB on the rear of the plenum, which is where I'd assume ver fer made sure it was hooked up (his is there as well I believe).
Pressure testing was impotent to say the least. All the air was leaking via rear turbo o-ring.

This means there may be a small fee in getting the pan modded. I don't know. I'll have to see what favors I can pull at my uncles shop. FYI.

You said you spent the emanage money on a ring, therefore you're engaged. wtf is equal length? and why would the rear turbo outlet o-ring leak? SJ The only reason I know that you can't do it that way is because I have, and it didn't work.

FYI. np, I can deal with a small fee, just add it to the list of ways this car is eatting my check book. What about the bolts, we fine with hardware stores for those? Or will we have to run to the dealer?

hardware store with a GOOD selection of metric should be fine. Just wait until it actually is turbo... then she starts eating...

Here is the update:
Gaskets are on order, and will be in on Thursday. Called 3SX, and the oil feed lines will be here on Wednesday. I even got a bunch of the bolts on the exhaust manifolds to break loose. So, everything should be all set and ready to go for Saturday and Sunday. Going to get started on things around 10am. Everyone is welcome to come for as much or as little of the weekend as they would like/are able to. I will have cold beer, and a grill ready to go.

Quote: Parking? pull into the driveway, turn off car, use parking brake if you like, exit vehicle. Come on SJ, I didnt think I had to spell that out for you too. I am not going out to the car until 10am, so after lunch is no problem. It just means you are bringing Taco Bell over for everyone.

HAVE OIL PAN.
not much time to line up a welder... son of a bean.
We'll get her worked out, but the outlets may not be PERFECT for stock return lines... it'll have to be -an flex lines.
EDIT: oh yeah, and anyone showing up with a first gen that has a logger bring it.
thanks.

and why would the rear turbo outlet o-ring leak? Your mom was engaged. I will NEVAR SURRENDAR!!!! I was weak once and got married; now that I'm all grown up I know better. While it is true I mistakenly purchased a R(ing)-manage online by clicking on the wrong link from the mohdparts site, I have NO INTENTION WHAT SO EVER of getting hitched to anything other than a 2006 Z06.

UPDATE: Oil feed lines, banjo bolts, crush washers and new oil cap all came in from 3SX yesterday. Renner Mitsubishi just called and all my gaskets and the oil filter housing have arrived, I will pick those up tomorrow. Things look good for Sat.
