first thing is can you run a awd with just the front wheels only if you just take off the transfer case and the drive shaft?

second i put this in the wrong sport before but im looking for the bearing that goes in the transfer case behind the getrag symbol. if there is one there i dont think the guy at the tranny shop knew what he was talking about.

You will burn up the VCU if you just disconnect the t-case and drive around.

Do you need a new input spool for the t-case? Supercar Engineering sells those.

Definitly kill the VCU if you drive her FWD.

the only way around that would be to get an already fragged VCU, weld it solid, and then put that one in until you want to do back to AWD.

the shop put a new sleeve in there cause they put a new output shaft on the tranny, they said something about a bearing ummm, i don't wanna deal with them that's why im looking for help here, maybe is there one that sits on the back side of it?

ok so i found it out i just took the dam thing apart according and the stealth 316 site its the wheel bearing that goes on the backside of the input spool. can i get that ne where around here? or does anybody carry it? i don't know what to tell them what it is when i call them....i don't wanna sound anymore like a idiot then i already do on here.
