Got a flat tire in the Mercedes. Sucked.

They give you the cutest little white gloves to make sure your hands don't get dirty.

At first I thought it was a solid rubber tire. then I realised that they put a flat tire in the trunk. let me tell you, swapping flat tires, big help. stoopid germans. if I did not have an air compressor I would have been seriously dict. I'm assuming there is suppose to be an air compressor in the spare tire kit, but don't know for sure.

Yeah, so I have my winter tires on now. I rubbed the inner cord right off the tire. go me.

Lisa was along with me. I never realised that chicks dig a guy that can take care of problems when they happen. "changed a flat tire" *** is about as good as "make up" ***. that did not suck.

Just wanted to post that the getrag transsmission that's two sizes to small is not the only retarded thing to come out of germany. losers.

changed the oil in the benz Sunday night. I miss my stealth... the benz sucks to change oil in.

EDIT: 7.5 quarts for a 1.8 liter. damn.

So, I was going to have the benz aligned today. Went to drop it off last night at the garage, but she wouldn't start. Turns out if you leave the key in the ignition it will kill the battery in a day. The car is also very hard to jump start. she was quite pissed off at me.

I tried a "jump start" pack. that little yellow box. no dukes. didn't even crank over.

Started the Jag (of course the batterys are on the wrong side.) and stretched out two jumper cable sets (I keep one in every car I own.) and hooked her up. The Jag charges a strong 14~14.5 volts. always has. The car has the meanest nastiest alternator ever.

bogged the engine when I tried to start the benz...

let it sit for a few minutes. cranked slowly a couple times.

jump in the jag, rev her up to about 2 grand for 5 minutes...

jump back in the benz. finally started up.

Electronic traction control is in fail safe mode (completely off)

check engine light is on.

called the shop, told them to hook up the logger, and see wtf is up with all that...

damn german cars.

people give mitsu crap. bah. I miss my real car. stupid winter. I hate salty roads. gonna move to florida.

Why? Your car will just be destroyed in a hurricane instead. At least here, we have the ability to shield our cars from weather. Plus, storing a car in the winter keeps the miles down.

no, because when the government tells me three days before a hurricane hits that my house is gonna be underwater, I'll board up the windows and come visit you with the car.



It does keep mileage down, though. got to give you that.
