Well buddy club told me today "there's no knowing when we will be making 17/18" inch QF wheels again."
They said they may NEVER make wheels in the size that fits a VR4/Stealth again! 4 months of stringing me along for this.
hahahahhaahhahahahahahahahaha
I just wasted 4 months waiting on wheels they're not going to make for me now!!!!!!
I am less than happy. I already spent $1069 on 275/35/18 tires...so that limits what kind of wheels I can get now.

I'm sure he's getting his money back, but that doesn't change the fact he already spent a grand on tires for that specific rim. Sucks. A lot. Sorry man.

Yes, I am getting my money back; buddy club never had my money, the distributor that I was ordering them through has my money.
Buddy club's parent company went out of business, so they went out on their own recently...and apparently they are making some changes.
Bottom line is I wasted 4 months and bought tires for wheels I'll never get.
I think I'm going to end up getting Volk TE37's if they fit a second gen. I think they are pretty much the next best thing as far as weight goes and look decent too.
How do you guys think they'll look on the VR-Slow?

I think you should buy me some FZigen FN01R-Cs, and I'll give you my stockers.

I looked at those too....cheaper than the Volks but quite a bit heavier. Those of us with stock turbos need the maximum reduction in rotational mass....

Wow....so get this: Buddy club now claims that my wheels are in production, and that they will air freight them from japan to me due to the delay. Finally some decent service out of these guys. I guess they decided they wanted my $2400 after all.

Just watch. You'll get them, and they'll be the wrong size/offset.
