Wednesday afternoon I'm probably going to take a half-day vacation so I can install my new DN Performance Intercooler Hardpipe Kit. I've heard they're a bit of a pain to install by yourself so I was wondering if anyone is up for lending a hand, or two. Payrate is in beer only. Lemme know... Thx.

Got a photo shoot going on that night with the car, otherwise I could lend ya a hand.
It'll be a lot easier to jack up the front of the car, take off the wheels, and remove the wheel well covers exposing both innercoolers.
Oh, don't forget to put a rag or something in the turbos/innercooler sos you don't accidentally drop a bolt or something into them...

Yeah I might be down for that. Give me a call - my pipe kit didnt even come close to fitting - well it would if the intercoolers werent on brackets so far damn up from the intercooler itself.

Cool. G-Ell told me he'll be out today too... his plans fell through.
So it'll be you, me, G-Ell, and my buddy Dave my stop out too. Maybe when we're done the 4 of us can go for a cruise...
List of things to do at my house today:
1. Install my IC hardpipe kit 2. Rotate my CFDS 1 last time 3. Install a new injector in Dave's car 4. Install the AFR is Vetting's car
I'll get some more beers on the way home from work.

Ok... Talked to Ryan a few moments ago, he's coming down too, haha.
So looks like we'll have 5 cars. Mine, Dave's, Greg's, Ryan's, and Mike's. Turning into a mini event, haha.

Jesse.. Thanks a lot for the pressure testing on the car.. Glad to find out I had a few leaks for the past 3000miles or so..haha Anyway.. IM inventing Green Bay Time... This way if we have an event say that starts at lets say 5 oclock.. Green Bay Time is going to be 4oclock This way we can be late and still be on time.. Stupid accidents on the highway. Anyway thanks again.. Ryan

So how'd the boostin' go on the way home? Notice any difference or a difference in how the BOV sounded?
I'm heading to NAPA, Ace, Home Depot, and AutoZone today to try and find that damn o-ring I need to finish the install of the hardpipes. Can't wait to take it for a spin
Thanks for the help with the install guys.

The boosting went pretty good on the way home actually.. I noticed that on the same setting on the blitz sbc id that I was getting more psi out of it.. I had the number set to 50 which was right around 12psi maybe a little less.. ON the way Home I hit it and it was around 13-13.5psi so thats good sorta.. Im thinking it is taking less work to achieve the same psi like you were thinking..
Turned it up to 14psi and it pulled pretty good.. Hard to say for sure if it made a difference or not but its possible.. I think ill find out at the track later on to see if it made a difference.. If it was loosing boost and not holding as much boost to redline its possible that I could get a little better time..
Cool, hopefully you can find that O-ring today.. Its looking really nice man. Ryan
