Can you figure out what piece that you need to go from the stock fuel line up to an aftermarket filter? Its the only piece I need before I can do my dual feed setup.

If you mean the stock hardline at the firewall that the U shaped hardline connects to that then goes to the stock filter you can use an Earl's 9894DBH 14mm X1.5 Saginaw female to -6AN male. It's the bottom right part in the pic in this kit.

Well, this weekend the entire engine bay was painted in the same exterior color of the car (kutani red pearl). Major improvement. Will try to get some pics online sooner or later. It's hard taking "good" pictures in a garage that will do it justice.
Wow, painting is tedious work. Mainly the prep. Eye opening experience.

Hooray! I got word from Philip today at Supercar about my transmission. "It was a roll pin in one of the shift forks that somehow fell out and was not keeping the fork in place. " --> cause of my 3rd gear popping out regularly back into neutral.
Cool. He's gotta get me new seals, and then give me a quote on powder coating the bellhousing. Can't wait to get everything back. Glad it was something simple.
He's also going to put in my 300M output shaft too. sweet!
Jesse

More updates... Check out my brand new DR650s Getting ready for polishing and ceramic coating for up to 2500 degree temps. Believe me, I took GREAT care in removing the housings from the center cartridge. I also spoke with Matt at DR about this first to make sure i wouldn't void my warranty. I would also like to say, the more I talk with Matt at DR, the more respect I have for him. He is very forthcoming on the phone when I ask him questions about my setup and what I'm doing and even just talking about general BS that's not car related. I'm starting to understand why his customers are loyal to him and support him unlike some of the other shops. Generally just seems like an overall nice guy.

With customer service like that, it's no wonder DR is so successful. Milwaukee's Best?
