one last thing....
If it were me, I'd disconnect the fuel pump connector in the trunk. Set my arc2 with 720s for -1, -7, -5, +2 and crank the sucker over a few times. Since I have NO idea if you flooded your engine previously with all the different things you tried, I'd make sure all that extra fuel is gone... Disconnect the fuel pump, crank over a few times and see if it tries to start without the fuel pump. If it fires up at all, you are way flooded. If after cranking a few times it doesnt even try to start up, reconnect the fuel pump. With the same arc2 settings, crank it over again. If that sucker doesnt fire up on 43psi cranking pressure and THOSE (or very close) arc2 settings, then SOMETHING else is WRONG other than improper arc2 settings. I would then start looking at the arc2 wiring, possibly a problem with your throttle body (screwing up a/f mixture) that I know you had problems with (bad seals or something), etc.
All in all, it wouldnt hurt going back to the stock mas and 360s either just to narrow down your problem.
The big question remainis. Since the arc2 was installed along with 720s, has the car EVER fired up?
start a new thread... thanks

we'll get you figured out.
