Well after my expirience today and from all the input from all you guys at the gathering, I've narrowed the problem down to be 90% my radiator.
I talked to a buddy of Jack's tonight and he said I don't want Jack's cause its not in too good of shape. Probably being so close to the turbo damaged it or something.
So now I'm on the hunt for the best bang for your buck as raditors go.
Please post any links or places where I can get a good deal.

Anyone have any good/bad expiriences with the local radiator shops in southeastern WI?
I'm trying to find the best deal on one.

Well to add to my problems, my car failed emissions today.
And yes, I put a cat on...LOL.
Everything was fine until the idiot who drove it left it in 3rd gear at hwy speeds and it started to run hot. And it didnt burn all the NOx and failed. What a moron. Who in the hell cruises at 4 grand on the hwy when they have 2 more gears left. ARRGH!!
So now it looks like I have to wait til I get my radiator replaced to go back again, cause I doubt I'll have any better luck the next time.

You Millwaukee guys and your emissions problems. are all the testers retarded or something? I would have smacked him upside the head and told (no demanded) that he redo the test the right way and run the car like any normal person would..
you should write a letter to whoever and let them know that these guys dont know what they are doing and could potentially ruin someones car..

I did make them redo it, but the car was about to overheat by the end of the first test, so for the safety of the car, the second test couldnt be done. So I'll have to make my demands when I go next time. Which will be at a different testing station.
