JRink wrote: I would suggest you need to diagnose why you are not getting 12v at the pump while cranking. The relay that flips the voltage back and forth from the resistor to the straight line to the pump is under your air filter and behind the headlight in a seperate rubber holder. If it is bad go to a Toyota dealer and ask them to cross the number as it is cheaper than either dodge or Mitsu(by about 10 bucks), and it will usually be in stock at the Toyota dealership. The resistor that lowers the voltage to the pump is also right there. Mine went bad and caused all sorts of problems for about three days. It's fairly easy to check, so you may want to do that also...

Roy wrote: I just tried something else,
I wired the pump directly to the battery with the return line off, I did get fuel out of the return line then.
I put the return line back on, wired the pump to the battery again, and tried starting the car, but I still got no fuel in the cylinders.
Now im confused. The pump gets 'some' voltage when trying to start, but I got no fuel from the reutrn line until I gave it a full 12v. And the injectors still arent opening.... Just a quick note while I have a few minutes. Don't tell my boss I'm surfing the board at work... The problem is the silver relay underneith the MAS. In short, it controls the voltage to the pump. It's also fairly common for it to go bad. I have it bypassed completely in my car. More so to get more feul out of the pump, but I'd imagine it's just as expensive to replace that relay as it is to just hotwire the pump. http://www.stealth316.com/2-fuelpump-hotwire.htmEDIT: I didn't notice there were 2 pages to this thread. Sorry ttangle for just repeating what you said.

thats what I thought when I wasn't getting any fuel. I took the relay apart, it looked fine inside. I actually had my pump hotwired for a few months, but the gas mileage sucked so i reversed it. I still had all the wiring in place so I hotwired it again.
It fixed part of the problem, the pump is pumping now, but the injectors still arent opening, and i'm only getting a little bit of spark, sometimes.
I checked my CEL codes last night, and I'm getting a code for the Crank Angle Sensor. For some reason I can't open up the service manual PDF on my system at home, does anyone know where the CAS is located on a '94?
Thanks Roy

If you're standing on the driverside of the car, looking down into the accessory belt area, there are 2 plugs. One is for the crank angle sensor. Check the wire harness for any cuts. I've seen the power steering belt slice into it once on a fellow w3si members car leaving him stranded.

Check your crank pulley/bolt. It might be comming loose causeing the belts to wobble back and forth.

The car runs again. The ground wire to the CAS was cut in half.
Thanks to everyone who helped.
