I am still looking for a R/T non turbo, and ran into one yesterday that I am having a hard time saying no to, but I am not sure if I should buy it or not.
The car 1991 Stealth R/T, black, auto, very clean interior, factory CD, cass, digital climate control, 124,000 miles, no keys, small surface rust near gas cap, paint is just bubbled a bit. Has not been ran since last October.
The kicker for me is I cannot hear it run or drive it due to the no keys situation. This is owned by a dealership (a very small dealership) and they are telling me it would run, sounded great, but they could not keep it running very long when they had the keys. It would start, idle then die. They had it towed to their mechanics house to work on in his spare time, and then he lost the keys.
When I looked at it he had a lot of the electrical disconnected on the interior and I was told that the wiring needed to be gone over due to someone adding neons underneath.
Now for the really hard part, I could have it for $775.00 What do you think?

LOL, thanks for the toast, and a tip of the hat to you. My wife says cheers and thanks, it is good to get an objective view.
PS. I have experienced the "money pit" syndrome way back in '91 with my VR4......... (you think I would have learned, but nay, I quest again).
But it may be worth it just for parts? If there is a need or interest let me know as I shall keep the location secret till next Monday, then I shall turn the "vultures" loose upon it.
