Humm ....this Arley Leghorn gets around. I bought my engine from him too. I also have had nothing but trouble with the engine since the swap. My car at this time still doesn't run right .....
Not quite sure why.. I did get a Turbo engine with old turbos still on it.
My cost was more like 2800.00 got it last year in March.
I had done a leak down test and came up a little less on one cylinder.
I sent Arley a message about this and sent me back a message about his very limited / limited warranty and that pretty much says they cover the block. And that's all they will cover. Blah -Blah.....
So I know that sick feeling and here is your worst case situation my
car has not gone on the road more than a mile in 17 months.......
I am hoping that this is the year it runs for me !!!
