Anyone know a good machine shop in SE WI for engine balancing? The one I go to in Kenosha doesn't have the bob weights for a 6G72 crank.
Thanks!
Found one real close to home....

I work at carquest in marshfield and we have a very large machine shop in our store. They have the capability to balance our cranks, as they did mine when i rebuilt my engine.
If you take your crank and all attaching parts like pistons, rings, bearings, flywheel, pressure plate, front crank pulleys to any carquest in your area they can and will ship them to my store for free by our delivery trucks that go out every night.
If you have any questions about this please don't hesitate to call the store. 715-384-0001 ask for me my name is Bruce i would be happy to answer any questions you would have and if you would like you can talk to the manager in the machine shop(he does 99% of the engine balancing)

Thanks Bruce,
I did call Sam in the machine shop on details and prices. Price is good, $180.00, but I'm going with Lam's Engines. He has done quite a few 6G72s and is very picky. Cost is quite a bit more but it's close for me.
Thanks for replying.
