1) I don't see much in the way of fans that fit inbetween the condensor and the radiator...
links? pics?
3) Planned on betting a wideband with the AEM. then, like you said, the second one will get deleted. I'm not to worried about that one.
5) My next plan of attack was to see if I could double 90 around it for now. I can always drop the pan, and move the hole when I put in the tranny seal.
I was then looking at how far down I can move that hole, and yes, it needs to go to the right about, eh... 1 and a half inches.

Mount 2 in front of the AC condenser if you can't find any that fit inbetween. Same rules apply.

I thought that the radiators where sealed to the fans because you didn't want the air "going around" the radiator after/before the fan...? EDIT: Also, I was kinda reluctant to do a push through set up with the fans, as I wasn't sure if that would let enough air through at higher speeds? what do you think?

The fans are against the radiator to keep the fan from pulling air in from around the side of the fan shroud. I think that is what you meant. If you get an unshrouded fan (I think all pushers are) you shouldn't have any problems at high speed. My guess is it would get better airflow without having to flow through the shrouded fans.

At higher speed, you don't even need to worry about airflow. There's pleany of airflow (especially if you have all the underbody pieces on) just from the car moving. It's just idel you need to worry about.
Will my setup work? Well, it's been working on a customers car (same thickness core as yours and he's running 15Gs) for nearly 3 months... I can't show you pics because the FMIC is blocking the fan, but I can show you the fans on the back side of the radiator. His car will be returning to the shop soon.

Suspension bolt is at Mitsu, picking it up tonight on my way home. Radiator is going in tonight. the only sticky issues are the oil return line for the turbo hitting the wastegate (gotta extend the line down 1" before making the 90 over) and modding the fans to fit. Might possibly start it this weekend. (I know I keep saying that, but I'm actually for serious this time guys.) I can see the finish line now, and It's kinda exciting. Adam oh. and I have to find 5 quarts of 15w50. and that seems impossible in mobil 1...

Car is back together minus wiring in the o-2 sensors, and double checking everything is tight, and plugged in... The passenger side fan is mounted kinda crapy, but mounted. I'll have to come up with a better system for that in a bit. Didn't start it yet because I'm waiting for a different fitting for the oil return that may run the line better, and I'm kinda afriad...

Come on you girlly man, fire that thing up. The worst that could happen is it runs just as bad as mine. Congrats man, I can't wait to see the beast now!
