Quote: Is your ABS pump leaking? That is what it looks like, the bottom end of it is soaking wet with brake fluid, all the fittings for the hard lines connect on the top, and those are bone dry.

See any noticable cracks or leaks around the unit? Sorry I couldn't make it over -- I can't wait for tax season to end... SJ

Quote: See any noticable cracks or leaks around the unit? I haven't been able to get that close of a look at it yet, I wasnt able to get all the hard lines out last night, so I was only able to look at it with it still in the car. I have the hardlines soaking in PB blaster right now, and I hope to get the hardlines off tonight and get the whole unit out. do you have LINE WRENCHES?
If not, stop, go to sears and pick up the metric set for like 15 bucks. working on cars is fun with the right tools.
I've had good luck with PB Blaster, then WD 40, then hit it with the blaster again...
Or use mouse milk. "muscle in a hussle." 15 bucks for a tiny container, though. it's only last resort stuff.
EDIT: and you may as well start hitting your exhaust stuff with blaster too. often. if you plan on going turbo.

Quote: if you plan on going turbo. yes, I am going to turbo it, I am going to break the car down as far as I can to have it all ready for turbo install. Can't drive it now anyway, so I am going to take it all apart now.
