A guy has 19Ts on 3si. Installed but never actually run. They come with ceramic coated ported manifolds and -4AN oil lines. He's asking $1800 shipped. Is that a good deal?

19T's are not a bolt on turbo in the sense of electronics and fuel. You will need aftermarket electronics and a tuner to make it all run correctly. (I'll assume you already know this?)
1800 seems high to me for just the turbos.

I've seen them go for less.

As stated, they come with ported and ceramic coated manifolds as well as the oil lines. And yes, I know I need fuel, etc. to run them. I just don't know what 19Ts go for.

I'd suggest that if you are even considering spending that much on a turbo kit, to buy a ips evo III 16g kit. The TD05 16g's will make more power at any boost level over even a TD04 19T. I wanna say the ips kit is 2600 and it includes manifolds, oil lines, wastegates etc.

I suggest the 19T's. This is coming from someone running 16Gs. Just make sure your headers aren't cracked or warped before you start raising the boost.
Less headaches. Plus the right 19Ts are going to be higher quality than the knockoff 16Gs that come in that 2600 dollar kit. Get the genuine MHI's if you go with 16Gs, trust me on this.
1800 shipped for those turbos is too much, considering he's private party, and pretty much all you have to go on is his word. I'd offer him something more like 1400-1500, that way if you have to rebuild one of them if they're faulty, you'll still break even.

Thanks for the input guys. I actually found a pair of freshly rebuilt 15gs for $1000 shipped so I think I'm going to save some money and throw those on for now with a hotwired pump.
