Who cares if you get 3k for it? Sell it to the highest bidder and then enjoy life with a TT/VR4. (Because you said you had the money for one.)
Cars are not investments. Never expect to increase it's value based on your input.
I still wish you would have picked up my 94. Now it is 700 miles away in PA. It has a great owner but I will probably never see it again!

I tried selling my car once, it didn't work out so hot. There were maybe two serious potential buyers, everyone else was either a no show or just some dumb kids who wanted a joy ride. I seriously doubt that I could ever even get over 3,000 for my car. I've almost spent that in maintenance alone. Well.. when I was still modding my 3k, TT conversion wasn't common. So I never bothered with it. I went mostly with suspension stuff. Sway bar, full bushing replacement, coil overs, etc... I only dynoed 192fwhp. I mainly used it for road course/lapping days purpose. It was all fun and games but struggling to keep up with sti's and bmw in the straights suck. lol.

Did the poor guy cry when u bent him over like that Jon? lol. Nope. He was rather satisfy. With my Stage 2 built heads and a newer lower miles short block. It was a steal. Plus I had paper work and receipt of everything I bought/changed. I'm the one who bent over and cried for him to buy it. lol. Sadly I needed the money more then the car.

Bumping this back up. If anyone knows of a 2nd gen pearl white rear bumper in good condition, let me know. Price isn't really an issue. No longer looking for a 97/98 front bumper, going 99.

Pictures here. [urlhttp://s625.photobucket.com/home/did_ur_gf[/url] The car now has a deft racing 5se7en5 carbon fiber hood.
I won't accept less than $4,000 for it. I'm not really in the market to sell, and even then, not sure if I'd want to at this point.
