So, I'm parting out my '92, which has a 99 front end.
1) '99 Headlights
Fully restored using lexan restoration process. Crystal clear. Go to a body shop of your choice, have them lay down a coat of clear on these things, and you'll have a brand new pair of OEM 99 headlights for a fraction of the cost from Mitsubishi (which is over $1,000 + shipping).

I have the 99 turn signals as well, but they are both damaged. I will send these for free if you want to use them temporarily until you order your own turn sigs.
2) 2nd Gen hood (red)
I'll have pics up soon. The paint on the hood needs reconditioning. I'll throw in the gas shocks (which work very well) for free. No substantial dings or dents, just needs paint. I'd prefer someone local pick it up, simply because it saves me the hassle, and saves you a LOT of money. Brand new OEM 2nd gen hood is several hundred dollars new, this one will only cost you $120 (local pick up, or + shipping).
3) 99 Bumper cover
Absolutely shot. At the very best, a project for someone talented with fiberglass. This is free to whoever want to pick it up, or the cost of shipping for someone that purchases the headlights. Pics soon.
4) 2nd gen sideskirts
I have these in white. One is cracked (I'll edit with pics very shortly). However, the crack is minor, and very easily fixed by the body shop that will be painting your car anyway (I'm assuming if you're doing a full 2nd gen conversion). $150 shipped OBO
