I was at one of our local carshows yesterday and as soon as I pulled in a few people came to check out my car right away. An older guy mentioned his friend had a VR4 for sale. He called and got some information on it. I gave the friend my business card and home phone number and he was going to give me a call. I told him I could probably help him find someone interested in finding one. So hopefully I get a call in a day or two and I can check it out. Basically its a 91 3000GT VR4, black. The brother asked his sister (Wi state Trooper) to sell if for him. Not sure if he's in the military or working out of town. She took it for a ride and said it way too much car for her to buy.

Also quickly saw a Stealth for sale but was in a hurry and didn't have time to check it out. I think its an ES model. I did hear someone at the car show mention that they saw it for sale and that it was SOHC and she wanted $2k. It was red but the paint looked pretty faded.

Just thought that if someone was interested in either of these I could take a look at them and get some pictures.

Sure would like to get the TT to someone in WI who is looking for one.

The VR4 is located in Niagara, WI and the Stealth is in Iron Mountain, MI. (1 1/2 hrs North of Green Bay)

Well I finally got a call to the guy who has a VR4 for sale in this area. The car is located on the Michigan/Wisconsin border in Niagara. He said its a Black 92 VR4 that has 70K on motor and trans. The car was stolen quite a few years ago and when it was recovered the insurance company paid to replace the engine and transmission. The car does have more than 70K, not sure how much though. The guy I taked to owns "Chris's Auto Body and Fab". It's his brothers (or brother-in-laws) car and he wanted it sold. He brought it Chris to see if he could get it running properly. Talking to Chris, he thinks the rear turbo is the problem. He said he did have oil in the tubes from the rear turbo. He doesn't know much about these cars so if your interested you might be able to get a good deal. I have never met the guy or seen the car. I have only talked to him on the phone. If your interested he can be reached at his business at 715-251-1637. He doesn't live too far from here so I'm sure I can take a ride to his place to take pictures and look at it for you.

Anyone interested in a 92 VR4. The guy called and said they want to sell it. I'm only maybe 8-10 miles from the car. I will go out and take a few pictures and look the car over. I asked how much and he said 5K, but I assume you could talk the guy down because the car will be stored during the winter so it would sit until next year.
