New guy here. 93 Red Stealth TT, drove it 2 weeks, in the shop (Don Miller Dodge, Madison, WI) for the last 9 weeks!! All I need is 2nd gear and the tranny can finally be put back together. (And of cour$e thousand$ of dollar$)

Also, the 92 Pearl Stealth TT next to mine in the shop is trying to find the fuel injector wiring harness....He has been waiting much longer than me.

if you happen to see a guy by the name of Jason Romaker over there at Don Miller, tell him Aaron said hi.

for the gear, you could try

Kormex 800-429-5464

they tend to be the best supplier of transmission stuffs.

for the wire harness, 3sx sells an injector harness, but its not the one that runs all the way through the hood of the car. for that you will probably need a car that is being parted out.

How much do these go for anyways? The second gear. I also might be able to help you out on this one if you can wait like a few days, i have two trannies here but need to make mine work to so i prolly will have one for ya. I think mine just needs syncros and the other not sure gonna open it this weekend prolly.

I'm ready to buy a used tranny just for second gear and part out the rest. I'm running out of ideas here.

I might be able to help more people possibly going to see if i can get a new loan on my car so if that happens i'll have 2 trannies to help out. I know the one i just pulled out just has a bad 3 and 4 syncro. and the other like i said taking apart this weekend so i'll let you know for sure by monday. Yeah im always down to learn new things to today just put new cv boots on it wasn't to bad i guess figured hey get it all apart. i guess just fix a bunch of crap while im down there. I really wish i knew how to rebuild the transmission it's self i'm thinking of giving it a try to save some money. But not sure how that will go. o well i guess.

well i got my trannies in the shop right now they are gonna build one up for me the other they will completely take about and i will be parting out so if anyone needs parts let me know i will post what parts that i have that are good. I wont know about the parts till end of week or early next week. will keep posted on this

I called them this afternoon and they said there just waitin for the parts so i should have it back by this weekend. i guess there putting in new syncros, some shaft, and bearings, and something else i guess. what i can do is if im able to make it ill go there and pick up the second gear from them not to sure if i can make it though cause i got football practice and work but ill try. If i do ill give you a call i think i still have your number.

Yikes, taking your Stealth to a Dodge dealer sounds like a really bad idea. Since your car is 100% Mitsubishi, I'd take it to a Mitsu dealer or someone like 440x4 on here.

Do you need 2nd gear or 2nd gear syncro. Super-Car engineering sells the syncro rebuild kits: http://supercar-engineering.com/sc2/pro ... cts_id=162

Otherwise CRS is the place to buy replacement gears for our trannies. Do a search on 3si.org for "CRS" and you should find there contact info.

well i went there today and the guy that is working on my trans wasn't there. They said it should be done next week with the rebuild. sorry man i couldn't get the gear but i did tell them how ever to hurry up with it cause i need my shit back soon. so if you can wait i'll let you know when i get it back.

I did get the sychro's from supercar engineering.

I will get in touch with CRS and call the Mitsu dealer to see what they know also.
