I had this idea, of doing 3/S car show. kind of local one (so that people would not have to drive for 100+ miles) but not necessary. Make a deal with some restaurant/gas station to use their parking lot. This will give us an extra 3/S meet/gathering and also we can educate people that will come to look at our cars. I know that most people have no clue about 3/S, so it should be interesting. Unlike those classic/american muscle car shows that I see on every corner. what do you guys think?

This could work, but IMHO, we'd need to tag-team with like the Evo Club and a local dealer to make it happen.

and I don't think 3/S should all be show quality.... just having one makes it a show car...

i work at a quick lube called pennzoil plus in oak creek we had a muscle car show and we usually have 75 or more...i was thinking about trying to get a 3000/mitsu show next summer there if anyone might be interested..

are you guys trying to shoot for this year still?? snow's on the ground which means salt is only like a month away (lol @ last year's winter crew) and I for one will not be driving my babay out in the snow...besides, it's not even done getting painted yet, and you guys cant have a show without me!

no i was thinking about maybe late april its kinda hard to figure out a date that would work good with everyone cause i would like to get as many 3si'ers to come out once we get a date together ill send out something to the dsm's out there it will be just a mistu show..kinda like a car gathering and if i can keep getting car every year ill start getting trophys and prizes together..of course there will be a grill and food and ill see if i could get a dj or something as well but i would like to get all your guys opinion first on a good date. then ill continue you hold it on that date yearly..

My recommendation would be July -- so not to conflict with National's, June 16-21 in Memphis.

Man, just thinking about July sounds really nice here in late November...
