The MFBA Road America Event Early Signup Discount Ends Tomorrow!
We are renting the track out the weekend of April 28'th and 29'th, 2012.
Full details and registration is available via our website: http://roadamerica.mfba.org/
All Make and Model Cars are Welcome to come out and Participate in this event!!
We have 4 run groups based on experience that get 4-5 20 min sessions out on track each day. You will have a LOT of track time! Most people are exhausted by the end of the day.
Instructors are available free of charge for people who would like them, and anyone who has not been on Road America will automatically have an instructor assigned to them.
We also offer a lunch time touring session for those that just want to get a chance to go out on the track at slower speeds.
Pricing..........................................Weekend..............Single Day Now till Feb 14th............................$395.............. .......$235 Feb 14th to Apr 13th......................$445.................... ..$255 Apr 13th to day of Event.................$495.....................$275 Touring Session........................................... ..............$60 Spectators........................................ ........................$5
Many of you noticed that we pushed last years event pretty hard to make it a success. We do plan to push this event even harder. We anticipate that some run groups will fill up early so we strongly encourage per-registration.
Lastly, what has helped us tremendously in the past is word of mouth. If you can please help forward our e-mails and make posts, it really helps us out big time. Our mailing list is small, but with word of mouth we can reach many more individuals that may also enjoy our event. Thanks again to all of you that helped spread the word last spring!!!
Thanks and we hope to see you in the spring!
- MFBA

Happy Easter everyone.
Ok kiddies, my schedule has now changed and I am off Saturday's.
So the plan now will be to depart early morning Saturday, catch session 2, have lunch and give Carmen a hard time, or, maybe do some touring instead of eating..., catch session 3 and depart for home.
Hope that works.

Ok, scratch all that. Da Kid is in trouble at school, so I need to stay home and do homework with him on Saturday. If I had a normal job, I'd just head up Sunday, but I digress.... Sorry folks, I've got to get him graduated. It's been a long decline and fall since last February, and methinks this the right thing to do. I was going to do touring at lunch, but I guess I'll shot for another, maybe June, maybe October. I'll see some of you before, but the rest at UMG, ok? I've got my hands full here, and I've got a good kid that just needs some help through this storm.

I was able to get on track during Touring Session, but it was not in my VR4 But I could not resist the opportunity and did it in Honda Civic, no torque but with tein coilovers. It was fun. No brake issues. No overheating. Burned only 1/8 of tank during that hour, so I don't know what those instructors were talking about and then there was one guy on orange mustang with stickers, spoiler, and slicks. He passed me (against the rules!) and then was in my way all the time. I did not get that. /rant
